History - Leave, Conference And Resident Physician Evaluation Module

Leave, Conference and Evaluation History module screens are used to show the past historic data for the Physician in terms of leave, conference attendance, and in the case of a resident physician his evaluation history.

The Physician History screen lists out the physician along with a link to his leave, conference and evaluation history. The evaluation link appears only if the Physician is a resident.

The Resident Physician Evaluation screen indicates the evaluation data for the resident physicians along with the evaluating physicians with the capability to drill down to the questions/ratings used in the review.

The Physician Leave History screen indicates the selected physicians leave history details.
