• The purpose of Add/Edit Evaluation Question module is to add new questions and edit existing questions used to evaluate resident physicians.
  

• The answers are weighted and ranked as per pre-defined evaluation norms assigned to each of the questions across reviews as illustrated in the List Of Questions screen.
