Care Solution: Verification Module

The Leave Request Verification module provides the administrator with the ability to review the leave history of any Physician as well as to sanction leave of any Physician who has put in a leave request. The System defaults to a list of new leave requests as soon as the Leave Request Verification menu selection is opted for.

The Physician Leave Application List screen indicates a list of pending/new leave application forms for approval or disapproval.

The Physician Leave Application Form screen is used for approving or disapproving a leave request put in by physicians.
